Role & Responsibilities
- Own product visibility on the Bon Marché website, ensuring timely publication and editorial quality of product pages.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to define and curate the Shop product selection and coordinate digital merchandising.
- Manage the end-to-end product onboarding process: organise photoshoots, coordinate production of product descriptions and apply SEO best practices.
- Coordinate with logistics to monitor stock availability and guarantee on-time order fulfilment and shipping.
- Track e‑commerce KPIs, produce regular sales and performance reporting, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Coordinate the online publication of services and experiences with commercial teams and brand partners, ensuring a seamless booking/reservation experience.
- Define SEA objectives, monitor budgets and campaign performance in partnership with external media/agency partners.
- Coordinate content and communication for newsletters and social channels with the relevant teams.
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in business, marketing, commerce or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in e‑commerce with demonstrable responsibility for product/catalog management.
- Strong interest in fashion and digital retail.
- Solid understanding of web traffic analysis and SEO principles.
- Personal qualities: rigorous, adaptable, creative, proactive and able to manage transversal projects across teams.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e‑commerce and product catalogue management, ideally within fashion or luxury retail, including coordination of content production and commercial stakeholders.
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) in business, marketing, commerce or related discipline.
