1. Assist Sales Managers in team management and commercial activities within specific departments such as Beauty, Accessories, Childrenswear, and Commercial Events.
2. Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors, providing daily coaching and information.
3. Enhance commercial performance and ensure optimal customer service quality.
4. Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
5. Manage customer disputes and oversee cash register operations.
6. Oversee stock replenishment and merchandising for designated sectors.
7. Coordinate inventory and commercial operations.

1. Enrollment in a business school or equivalent, at Bac +4/5 level.
2. Initial experience in sales, preferably with team management responsibilities.

1. Strong commercial acumen and customer orientation.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Organizational prowess, adaptability, and quick responsiveness.
4. Proficiency in English.
5. Availability to work on weekends.

Entry-level experience in sales with some exposure to team management is preferred.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
