Yves Saint Laurent Visual Merchandise Coordinator

- Ensure the brand image of Saint Laurent is upheld in the implementation and rotation of in-store products.
- Maintain display standards before opening, throughout the day, and before closing, ensuring correct hangers, buttoned clothes, steaming, hidden tags, and perfect product alignment.
- Prepare products for VM team visits according to rotation themes, ensuring readiness of RTW products and shopping bag displays.
- Collaborate remotely with local and HQ VM teams to add new products, make requested changes, and send immediate updates for validation.
- Communicate effectively with department managers, store management, and the VM team to provide zoning proposals and feedback on business needs.
- Coordinate with the stock team on daily deliveries and maintain an accurate inventory of products not on display.
- Be available during all rotations with local and HQ VM teams.
- Administer VM tools, ensuring organization, inventory management, and cleanliness.
- Support sales team by restocking products on display post-sale.
- Participate in daily store meetings and train store team on VM standards.
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role; retail experience is advantageous.
- Understanding of store and VM team needs.
- Strong communication skills and flexibility.
- Reactivity and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
- Positive work attitude, including willingness to work longer hours during peak periods.
- Good knowledge of fashion.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and counterparts overseas.
A minimum of 2 years in a similar role is required, with retail experience considered a plus.
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $24-27/hr, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
