Experience
Typically 1–3 years of direct retail experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories; experience in high-end boutiques or flagship stores is strongly advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary study in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related discipline is desirable but not required.
