1. Assist fabric buyers in the sourcing and purchasing process for collections WW26, WCR27, WSU27, and MSP27.
2. Support the lined fabric buyer in research, orders, and administrative tasks related to the aforementioned collections.
3. Manage dye orders for lined fabrics, including price negotiation and delivery timelines.
4. Ensure accurate receipt, completion, and upload of technical sheets for all fabrics into the PLM system.
5. Regularly update raw material tables and the PLM with all technical fabric information.
6. Ensure 100% of fabrics are certified or certifiable for production in line with Kering's sustainability standards.
7. Coordinate fabric collection from factories via shuttle or truck, ensuring all relevant information is correctly uploaded into the dedicated online system.

1. Degree from a business school or fashion school.
2. Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity is an advantage.
3. Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
