- Assist fabric buyers in the sourcing and purchasing process for collections WW26, WCR27, WSU27, and MSP27.
- Support the lined fabric buyer in research, orders, and administrative tasks related to the aforementioned collections.
- Manage dye orders for lined fabrics, including price negotiation and delivery timelines.
- Ensure accurate receipt, completion, and upload of technical sheets for all fabrics into the PLM system.
- Regularly update raw material tables and the PLM with all technical fabric information.
- Ensure 100% of fabrics are certified or certifiable for production in line with Kering's sustainability standards.
- Coordinate fabric collection from factories via shuttle or truck, ensuring all relevant information is correctly uploaded into the dedicated online system.
- Degree from a business school or fashion school.
- Previous experience in luxury fashion and product sensitivity is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and dynamism.
Previous experience in luxury fashion is advantageous but not mandatory.
Degree from a business school or fashion school.
