- Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent while fostering a positive store culture.
- Ensure professional growth and training of staff using a coaching approach.
- Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Analyze results and conduct daily, weekly, and monthly activity assessments, including KPIs.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
- Manage inventory activities in collaboration with the Back Office Operation.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
- Maintain the qualitative standards required by the brand.
- Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
- 4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
- Experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.
- Adaptability and openness.
- Risk-taking and dynamic approach.
- Strong listening abilities and curiosity.
- Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is advantageous.
4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, with significant exposure to luxury goods or retail sales.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
