1. Promote brand engagement and customer loyalty to achieve business objectives.
2. Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent in alignment with Headquarters' directives.
3. Foster a positive store culture.
4. Ensure professional growth and training of staff using a coaching approach.
5. Define and achieve targeted quantitative and qualitative goals.
6. Analyze results and conduct regular assessments of KPIs.
7. Exhibit sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor.
8. Prioritize customer experience and loyalty.
9. Manage inventory activities in collaboration with Back Office Operations.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
11. Maintain brand's qualitative standards.

1. Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
2. 4 to 6 years of successful managerial experience in retail.
3. Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 individuals.

3. Strong listening abilities and curiosity.

4 to 6 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position, with significant exposure to luxury goods or retail sales.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
