3. Prepare and reconcile annual inventory discrepancies.
4. Ensure stock levels align with sales targets.

6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Maintain store organization and visual merchandising standards.
8. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and engagement.
9. Support team dynamics and provide professional feedback.
10. Receive, check, label, and store incoming merchandise.
11. Organize stock areas and manage transfers.
12. Handle administrative procedures related to merchandise flow.
13. Prepare and ship products and handle returns.
14. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures.
