1. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
2. Oversee shipping and receiving of product deliveries weekly.
3. Communicate shipment discrepancies to Store Director and Operations partners promptly.
4. Process internal product transfers and client orders efficiently to meet expectations.
5. Conduct weekly cycle counts of product categories.
6. Prepare stockroom and sales floor for annual inventory.
7. Collaborate with Operations team to resolve inventory discrepancies and adjustments.
8. Ensure stockroom and sales floor adhere to company Visual Standards.
9. Support sales team on the sales floor as needed.
10. Manage all supply orders for the boutique from internal and external vendors.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

1. Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary settings.

1. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in shipping programs, inventory management, and audits.
3. Strong working knowledge of Excel.
4. Proactive and team-centric attitude.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury or contemporary experience.
