1. Manage merchandise flow within the store to optimize turnover.
2. Adhere to internal logistics procedures.
3. Conduct monthly inventory checks and implement action plans.
4. Prepare for annual inventory and resolve discrepancies.
5. Ensure stock levels align with sales targets.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards across all areas.
7. Receive, check, label, and store new merchandise.
8. Organize and maintain stock areas.
9. Handle merchandise transfers.
10. Prepare and ship returned merchandise to outlets and warehouses.
11. Manage packaging and stationery orders.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a stock department.
2. Experience in the luxury sector is essential.
3. 1-3 years of experience in a retail environment.
4. Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
5. Retail stockroom experience is advantageous.

1. Proficient in IT systems relevant to stock management.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in stock management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

The base compensation range for this position is estimated at $19 - $21 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
