- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ready-to-wear fashion.
- Solid experience in managing local clientele, with international client experience as a plus.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
- Strong interest in business aspects and commercial results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Capacity for self-reflection and teamwork.
- Curiosity and product sensitivity.
- Understanding of fashion culture.
At least 2 years of experience in the ready-to-wear fashion industry, with a focus on client management and sales performance.
