Yves Saint Laurent Purchasing and Quality Control Assistant

- Manage and update the management system (CIM) with information from quality inspections and supplier quality reports.
- Archive and maintain updated technical documentation, including specifications, masters, test sheets, and performance reports.
- Support the organization of supplier testing activities, including travel planning, sample dispatch, and material tracking.
- Collaborate with internal technicians and testers to collect and systematize reports of issues or non-conformities.
- Prepare periodic reports to monitor supplier performance and analyze results.
- Ensure effective communication and information sharing within the team and with other company functions.
- Manage and update the progress file for the quality control and purchasing office, ensuring continuous alignment and monitoring of project status.
- Experience in technical back office roles, quality control, or production offices.
- Good knowledge of main IT tools and management systems.
- Precision, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of metal accessories production or treatment processes (preferred).
