1. Coordinate routine and extraordinary activities related to services, including expansions, setups, and renovations.
2. Conduct audits on safety and maintenance of managed spaces.
3. Monitor service contracts to ensure compliance with requirements and budget constraints.
4. Manage sustainability requests in line with corporate directives.
5. Ensure the proper functioning of company activities and services.
6. Create and maintain reports and manage archives for each activity.

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Architecture.
2. Willingness to travel to production sites and retail locations within Italy.
3. Excellent command of the English language.

1. Proficiency in Excel and main software applications; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
2. Strong precision, time management, and prioritization skills.
3. Aptitude for problem-solving.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain confidentiality.

Experience in facilities management or a related field is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
