Yves Saint Laurent EMEA CRM Assistant (Internship)

- Generate and maintain recurring weekly and monthly reports for the EMEA Client Development team.
- Manage stores’ periodic requests including client re-assignment and data cleansing to ensure CRM accuracy.
- Prepare targeted client lists to support outreach and acquisition campaigns.
- Draft presentation materials and guidelines for retail teams (outreach protocols, gifting strategies, etc.).
- Contribute to ad hoc EMEA client projects and support cross‑functional initiatives as required.
- Enrolled in a Master's programme and seeking an end‑of‑studies internship.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English with clear, precise written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Prior exposure to CRM systems and statistical tools is advantageous.
