1. Lead and motivate the department team to achieve assigned quantitative and qualitative goals.
2. Promote brand engagement to customers, ensuring alignment with the company's policies.
3. Recruit, develop, and retain customers, implementing action plans in collaboration with HQ and Store Director.
4. Provide high-quality feedback and reporting to the Assistant Store Director or Store Director.
5. Create a positive and motivating work environment, challenging the team daily.
6. Promote the brand culture internally and externally, building a network to enhance customer loyalty.
7. Ensure store atmosphere aligns with brand image and standards.
8. Manage processes to comply with legal, safety, internal, sustainability, HR, and stock organization requirements.
9. Challenge and optimize current processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Managerial experience with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching.
