- Manage and source form/bid leveling documentation for vendor onboarding in SAP.
- Raise purchase orders and track invoices.
- Maintain and update budget trackers to monitor expenditures.
- Refresh and maintain weekly marketing reports for accuracy.
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend meetings.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research as needed.
- Create and distribute Visual Merchandising (VM) orders across the POS network.
- Track VM and store planning shipments from headquarters and confirm deliveries.
- Create recap decks of boutique window animation photos for headquarters and maintain an organized library.
- Manage distribution of new VM campaign collateral and maintain organized storage of props.
- Handle local and headquarters press reporting requests.
- Create loan documents and coordinate consignment of timepieces, including pick-ups and returns.
- Support VIP and red carpet projects as needed.
- Assist in creating collateral materials for events, such as invitations and menus.
- Organize mailings related to events, including invitations, press kits, and gifts.
- Oversee in-office inventory of display materials, packing, and shipping as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Possess a meticulous eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Innovative thinker thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Quick learner and team player eager to excel.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week in the New York office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.

Relevant experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the luxury industry, is required.
Expected salary range: $28.85 - $33.65 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
