- Collaborate with sales teams to enhance client experiences and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Assist in facilitating seamless client experiences, including preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization.
- Recommend services based on client preferences and interests.
- Address client issues or concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate and schedule client appointments to ensure personalized boutique experiences.
- Participate in all clienteling initiatives with the boutique team.
- Anticipate client needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring custom-made service.
- Ensure a luxurious and welcoming environment for all clients.
- Coordinate special amenities and services based on client preferences.
- Oversee the boutique’s hospitality services and standards.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of local luxury events and venues for client special treatment.
- Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image.
- Organize and host exclusive events for clients within the boutique.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional events and initiatives.
- Assist Boutique Management with training and setting high standards for customer care.
- Provide guidance and feedback to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Develop a positive, trusting relationship with the team to foster a professional work environment.
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or client relations, preferably in a boutique or upscale setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
