Tiffany & Co. Project Coordinator

- Coordinate and assist in the Store Planning function for retail and trade projects across South Asia Pacific.
- Prepare project submission packs and track internal project approvals in collaboration with the VP of Store Planning and Store Planning Managers.
- Support the creation of presentation materials using PowerPoint and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update the regional drawings and samples library.
- Provide weekly updates and reports on global project snapshots and monthly updates on store network decks.
- Record and distribute minutes for global and recurring meetings.
- Manage the Store Planning archive, including shared folders and document filing.
- Assist with cross-checking purchase orders and invoices, and liaise with the finance team on payment statuses.
- Ensure smooth payment processes by coordinating with internal and external counterparts.
- Support business travel arrangements, including itinerary building and budget monitoring.
- Manage minor projects such as cosmetic upgrades and ensure compliance with construction documents and regulations.
- Drive special projects and initiatives requiring cross-functional team collaboration.
- 2-3 years of experience with an Architectural/Technical Certificate.
- Experience in administration, budgeting, and business reporting (Coupa).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exposure to global organizations.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and a background in accounting.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
