1. Lead and develop store sales and operations to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
2. Foster a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

4. Build and maintain spheres of influence within the store, mall, and city.
5. Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.

8. Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
9. Lead and coach based on NPS scores to enhance the Tiffany Experience.
10. Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
11. Optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique experiences.
12. Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
13. Prioritize diversity and cultivate inclusive environments.
14. Assess capabilities and build development plans for talent growth.
15. Provide continuous feedback and recognition to improve team engagement.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
