1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are greeted promptly and receive a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experiences with hospitality and Landmark amenities.
3. Perform duties such as assisting with boxing and wrapping items, personalization sales, replenishing POS supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
5. Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
6. Interact with clients to create luxury experiences that positively impact sales and service.
7. Conduct one-on-one selling ceremonies when required, as approved by management.

1. Strong interest in sales and customer service.
2. Availability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
7. Authorization to work in the United States.

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service is required.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $27.00 per hour, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
