- Execute operations functions to support the store in achieving sales targets.
- Capture and manage client data to cultivate relationships.
- Handle internal and external communications to optimize sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional client service, including order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Assist clients with repairs, special orders, and customizations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Tiffany & Co.'s policies, products, and services.
- Ensure professional client interactions and timely follow-ups.
- Meet and maintain average wait times while adhering to security standards.
- Perform daily tasks related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Support operational efficiency by providing feedback on process improvements.
- Strong interest in operations and shipping processes.
- Availability for non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The hiring range for this position is $22.53 - $27.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.
