- Serve as an internal consultant to advise HR, talent, and business managers on compensation-related activities, including new hire offers, promotions, transfers, and salary adjustments.
- Conduct regular benchmarking analyses and job-level assessments to maintain competitive salary grade structures aligned with Tiffany's compensation practices.
- Lead the design and analysis of commission and reward schemes to support business objectives and align with global practices.
- Monitor the effectiveness of current programs, recommend changes, model cost impacts, and present recommendations.
- Stay informed about compensation and benefit trends in luxury retail through surveys, analysis, and networking.
- Manage consultants and service providers to schedule insurance plan renewals across the region.
- Establish and maintain compensation and benefits policies aligned with global standards.
- Contribute to HR service development and delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
- Create materials to communicate compensation and benefit plans to HR teams, employees, and managers.
- Administer global mobility programs for assignees in the region, partnering with vendors for relocation support.
- Provide leadership and support on annual global compensation processes, ensuring timely completion.
- Develop and implement audits to maintain data accuracy in Oracle HCM, addressing data issues proactively.
- Partner with HR Systems and other teams to ensure access to relevant reports and data, designing compensation metrics and tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience administering compensation and benefits programs.
- Experience in an international or matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with significant experience in data analysis.
- Ability to communicate decision rationale and explain analyses to HR partners and business leaders.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in administering compensation and benefits programs, preferably within an international or matrixed organization.
