- Lead the Regional Client Development strategy utilizing qualitative retail insights and data-driven results.
- Collaborate with Regional CRM to manage and optimize the retail clienteling program and establish market KPIs.
- Partner with store leadership to develop and execute local client strategies based on client segmentation.
- Define and champion annual Clienteling targets in collaboration with Global Client Development.
- Activate client strategies across Omnichannel, Retail Excellence, and Client Relations teams.
- Build local activations to increase client and prospect recruitment, focusing on new client acquisition.
- Refine 1:1 client targeting strategy to ensure effective outreach and message delivery.
- Lead and champion the 1:1 clienteling strategy, maximizing outreach conversion rates.
- Create local initiatives to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Drive qualitative client information in the database, ensuring accuracy and quality in data capture.
- Build and animate the client development network, fostering best practice sharing.
- Deliver training presentations and conduct ongoing training support and coaching.
- 8+ years of experience in Client Development or CRM management, preferably in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Cegid, and PowerBI.
- Ability to use data to identify opportunities and translate them into action plans.
- Experience managing and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Superb project management expertise, including multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on client development or CRM management in luxury retail or hospitality.
College/university degree, MBA is a plus.
