- Diagnose and evaluate issues in Cartier watches to provide detailed and transparent estimates for clients.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding the status of their watches, explaining necessary interventions and proposed solutions.
- Recommend and select appropriate services in line with Cartier's guidelines and policies to meet individual client needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, ensuring proper functioning of equipment and tools.
- Perform comprehensive overhauls of quartz and mechanical watch movements, demonstrating deep technical expertise.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks at each stage of the repair process to ensure watches meet Cartier's technical and aesthetic standards.
- Manage inventory by creating orders for replacement components based on logical analysis of consumption and supplier lead times.
- Perform polishing, satin finishing, and cleaning of watch cases and bracelets to restore their original luster and appearance.
- Engrave watch backs using an M-20 machine according to client specifications.
- Polish and shine Cartier jewelry.
- Adjust the length of watch and jewelry chains using a DADO machine.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of demonstrable experience working with high-end watches.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to work.
- Autonomous personality with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to achieving set objectives.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in languages, especially English, is valued.
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in handling high-end watches is required.
