Richemont Logistics Coordinator

1. Manage import shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations for regular, repair, CITES, and CARNET shipments.
2. Coordinate export CARNET shipments and prepare export shipping documents in collaboration with various Maisons.
3. Oversee the extension of due dates for repair items to ensure timely processing and minimize delays.
4. Review billing from service providers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
5. Maintain accurate data of shipment information, customs declarations, CARNET, duty, and tax in the system.
6. Develop and support the creation of training materials, including videos and slides.
7. Conduct weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators such as lead time performance, CO2 emissions, and shipment tracking.
8. Provide support for ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the manager.

1. 3 years' experience in logistics, preferably within international trading, fashion, or luxury industries.

1. Knowledge of international logistics and customs clearance.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
4. Capability for data and root cause analysis.
5. Proactive and detail-oriented.
6. Excellent team player with high self-management ability.

A minimum of three years of experience in logistics, with a preference for backgrounds in international trading, fashion, or luxury sectors.
