Richemont Operations Supervisor

1. Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands and target objectives.
2. Analyze data from reporting tools to enhance productivity and quality.
3. Develop and supervise process quality control actions, ensuring consistent execution of procedures.
4. Execute company initiatives to maintain warehouse and delivery excellence.
5. Enforce workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety-related rules and policies.
6. Provide training and guidance to develop team members and enhance engagement.
7. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for facility operations.
8. Lead Root Cause analysis within assigned operational areas.
9. Conduct annual performance evaluations and coach staff on company policies.

1. High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred.
2. Previous leadership experience.
3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
4. Fluency in professional English communication, both verbal and written.

1. Proficient in SAP Extended Warehouse Management tools.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
4. Experience with Lean concepts, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule and facilitate daily shift meetings.

Previous leadership experience in a similar operational role is required.

High School diploma or equivalent required, College degree preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
