Richemont Customer Contact Administrator

- Manage all communication related to product repair and parts with B2B clients, including internal and external boutiques, authorized and unauthorized retailers, and Richemont's Client Relations Center.
- Respond to inquiries concerning repairs and parts, including quotations, pricing, lead times, and delays.
- Update and communicate estimated repair completion dates based on information from parts supply teams and product repair teams.
- Track and report parts delay issues to customers.
- Manage missing information required for quotations, such as customer requests and price confirmations.
- Escalate complex claim cases to brand headquarters and regional offices.
- Provide technical support for parts ordering and system usage for retailers and workshops.
- Oversee repairs awaiting quotation responses and manage tasks post-approval, including label printing and parts preparation.
- Manage repairs sent to brand manufacturers, including document preparation and follow-up.
- Verify inbound and outbound status to and from boutiques.
- Handle cases involving counterfeit and stolen goods.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English and MS Office
- Systematic and meticulous work processing ability
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the watch or jewelry industry or the luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree or higher
