1. Develop and implement learning and development strategies and training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Conduct training sessions to enhance employee performance and development.
3. Curate, develop, and acquire training manuals, guides, and course materials to ensure high-quality learning resources.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions.
5. Inspire a culture of learning and continuous improvement among employees.
6. Assess and recommend talent development plans for contact centre teams.
7. Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
8. Stay informed on the latest trends in training and development to bring innovative ideas to learning programs.
9. Serve as a point of contact for learning and development matters, providing expert guidance and support.
10. Provide administrative support for planning and delivering learning and development events.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer.
2. Experience in training and people development for retail or luxury brand contact centre staff.
3. Proficiency in 'Retail language' communication.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
3. Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities.
4. Strong writing and record-keeping skills.
5. Advanced organizational skills.

A minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a trainer, specifically within retail or luxury brand contact centres.
