- Define, lead, and manage the implementation of major tools, processes, and projects to optimize commercial performance and compliance within retail, wholesale, and travel retail networks.
- Ensure logistics operations align with agreed KPIs and SLAs, maintaining legal and group compliance during transportation and clearance of goods.
- Oversee planning and project execution to ensure effective departmental functioning.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of third-party logistics providers, identifying key improvement areas and developing execution plans.
- Ensure compliance with import, re-export, and legal metrology regulations in India.
- Manage outsourced warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs, and maintain relationships with logistics partners and statutory organizations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and compliance with group procedures regarding customs, security, quality, and legal standards.
- Manage import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and brand policies.
- Evaluate, negotiate, and appoint key transport suppliers while monitoring changes in customs laws.
- Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods and maintain current licenses.
- Facilitate customs relationships and resolve issues, ensuring validity of operational licenses.
- Coordinate cost control, budgeting, audit, and internal control system implementation.
- Handle duty drawback filings, BIS registrations, WPC approvals, and hallmarking compliance.
- Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management within the luxury goods industry.
