Richemont Junior Finance Operations Controller

- Support finance controllers and brands in compliance and control over daily operations in boutiques and wholesale operations.
- Collaborate with finance controllers to assess boutique process awareness and establish training plans to enhance retail operations quality.
- Provide system and process knowledge support to brands and boutiques.
- Assist in developing and executing the Boutique Audit methodology in Saudi Arabia.
- Contribute to new boutique openings by providing necessary documentation, policies, and tools.
- Ensure finance operation controllers are the primary contact for boutique closures and major events.
- Manage submission of boutique annual sales reports to mall management, if applicable.
- Extract and analyze data to support finance controllers in operational visits, control testing, and training.
- Act as liaison between field controllers and office-level functions and maisons.
- Assist in internal control reviews, including process and compliance audits, surprise audits, and action plan follow-ups.
- Coordinate inventory control, including stock-takes and consignment confirmations.
- Support the control of ICS revenue cycle processes and promote control awareness among staff.
- Assist in finance projects, including internalizations, e-commerce, and new brand entries.
- Serve as the local point of contact for Master Data Management and maintain wholesale contract records.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Business.
- Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP/accounting systems.
- Project management skills are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field, with a focus on auditing and internal control. Retail experience is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Business.
