Junior Finance Operations Controller

Richemont is a leading company in the luxury goods sector, known for its prestigious brands and innovative approach. The company operates in a fast-growing environment, providing support to its brands in various internal operations.

1. Assist finance controllers and brands with compliance and control over daily operations in boutiques and wholesale operations.
2. Support the assessment of boutiques' processes and procedures awareness and establish training plans.
3. Provide local support to brands and boutiques on retail flows.
4. Assist in developing and improving the Boutique Audit methodology.
5. Contribute to new boutique openings by providing necessary documents, policies, procedures, and tools.
6. Manage submission of boutique annual sales reports to mall management.
7. Extract and analyze data for operational visits, control testing, and training.
8. Act as a point of contact between field controllers and office functions.
9. Assist in internal control reviews and audits.
10. Coordinate control over inventory completeness and valuation.
11. Assist in finance projects including internalizations, e-commerce, and new brand entries.
12. Manage master data and maintain wholesale contracts.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Business

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field, with emphasis on internal control. Retail experience is a plus.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Business
