1. Support finance controllers and brands in compliance and control over daily operations in boutiques and wholesale operations.
2. Collaborate with finance controllers to assess boutique process awareness and establish training plans to enhance retail operations quality.
3. Provide system and process knowledge support to brands and boutiques.
4. Assist in developing and executing the Boutique Audit methodology in Saudi Arabia.
5. Contribute to new boutique openings by providing necessary documentation, policies, and tools.
6. Ensure finance operation controllers are the primary contact for boutique closures and major events.
7. Manage submission of boutique annual sales reports to mall management, if applicable.
8. Extract and analyze data to support finance controllers in operational visits, control testing, and training.
9. Act as liaison between field controllers and office-level functions and maisons.
10. Assist in internal control reviews, including process and compliance audits, surprise audits, and action plan follow-ups.
11. Coordinate inventory control, including stock-takes and consignment confirmations.
12. Support the control of ICS revenue cycle processes and promote control awareness among staff.
13. Assist in finance projects, including internalizations, e-commerce, and new brand entries.
14. Serve as the local point of contact for Master Data Management and maintain wholesale contract records.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Business.

1. Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
2. Proficiency in MS Excel.
3. Experience with SAP or similar ERP/accounting systems.
4. Project management skills are advantageous.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
7. Attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field, with a focus on auditing and internal control. Retail experience is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Business.
