Richemont Senior Manager, Operational Physical Security

1. Directly manage Physical Security operations at Campus Genevois de Haute Horlogerie, Bellevue Headquarters, and Villars-sur-Glâne Campus.
2. Oversee Group Security operations for strategic events such as Watches & Wonders, RGMC, and AGM.
3. Support and guide operations at critical sites as defined by Group Security.
4. Manage a team of internal and external Physical Security experts to deliver services and ensure protection of people and assets.
5. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks, including security enhancements and training.
6. Ensure compliance with security regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
7. Conduct internal assessments and reviews of new processes and facility modifications.
8. Monitor and control security expenditures to ensure suitable ROI.
9. Coordinate with local law enforcement and internal stakeholders as necessary.
10. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses of critical sites.
11. Liaise with Group PS construction and technology manager to evaluate new security technologies.
12. Develop and implement a physical security strategy aligned with Richemont's objectives.

1. Bachelor’s degree in security management, criminal justice, or a related field.
2. 10 years of experience in physical security management, focusing on critical infrastructure protection.
3. Experience in the luxury goods industry or similar high-value asset environment is highly desirable.
4. Experience managing security operations in a multi-site, international environment.
5. Relevant certifications such as CPP or PSP are an asset.
6. Fluency in French and English is required; additional languages like Italian are an asset.
