1. Oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, including contract preparation and pre-employment screening.
2. Manage the offboarding process, ensuring compliance with exit procedures and final settlements.
3. Administer health and life insurance policies, acting as the primary liaison with insurance providers.
4. Coordinate pension and EOSB payments, supporting financial processing and compliance.
5. Conduct first-level payroll reviews and manage payroll runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Maintain and update employee records in SAP and shared folders, ensuring data integrity.
7. Facilitate internal communications through platforms like Reach, including announcements and updates.
8. Drive operational excellence by recommending process improvements and HR best practices.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. CIPD, PHR, or SPHR certification is advantageous.

1. Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
2. Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP HR and Workday is beneficial.

A minimum of 5 years in HR operations, with a focus on employee services and payroll, preferably within the retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
