Richemont Country Manager

- Develop and implement the Maison’s strategy in the Indian subcontinent to achieve business and financial objectives.
- Manage sales and operations, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Oversee marketing communications and local execution to enhance brand equity.
- Drive client acquisition and development initiatives.
- Lead people and partner management to foster strong relationships.
- Conduct real estate market research and competitive analysis.
- Identify strategic opportunities for new boutiques and points of sale.
- Monitor point of sale performance and propose action plans to meet objectives.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, P&L, and financial KPIs.
- Ensure client service excellence and efficient after-sales service.
- Develop network through all channels including wholesale, boutiques, and e-commerce.
- Establish strong relationships with partners in an omnichannel approach.
- Propose and manage a multi-brand strategy in line with local and international guidelines.
- Lead and motivate local retail, sales, and partner teams.
- Work with local and regional teams to develop a local communication strategy.
- Oversee implementation of local events and ensure brand image is maintained.
- Evaluate operations through field visits and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Lead, train, and guide point of sales and boutique managers and staff.
- Develop and manage the Baume & Mercier team in India, setting priorities and assessing performance.
- Strong background in brand management and commercial planning in the luxury retail industry.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Experience in account management is advantageous.
- Exposure to the development of marketing plans and retail operations.
- Experience working on complex cross-functional projects with defined timelines.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive and resourceful abilities.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of Indian business and culture.
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry, with a strong background in brand management and commercial planning.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
