1. Oversee the timely financial closing process, ensuring adherence to IFRS and Group guidelines.
2. Advise Maisons and support functions on appropriate accounting treatments for transactions and business drivers.
3. Prepare journal entries and support daily AP and GL operations with precision and timeliness.
4. Review and process vendor payments, SAP Concur, duty tax, withholding tax payments, and Capex accounting treatments.
5. Fulfill external and internal reporting requirements, including group and management reporting for Maisons and support functions.
6. Manage a full set of accounts and provide insightful variance analysis.
7. Support statutory audits and tax compilations in collaboration with external auditors.
8. Drive process improvement projects aligned with business needs, enhancing process, compliance, and efficiency.
9. Participate in ad-hoc finance projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in business English communication, including reading and writing.
2. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
3. Strong compliance mindset.
4. Experience with SAP is preferred.

Over 10 years of experience in FMCG, AR-AP-GL, auditing, or as a people leader.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
