1. Support the VM Project Manager in analyzing POS material and promotional stock, both centrally and locally, and developing action plans.
2. Forecast supply and demand while analyzing worldwide consumption to prevent overstocking and stockouts, ensuring optimal order sizing.
3. Collaborate with markets to gather feedback and guidance on stock levels and orders.
4. Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and strategies.
5. Assist in adhering to production and logistics schedules to ensure timely deliveries, addressing any potential delays.
6. Optimize the weight and packaging of items to enhance storage and logistics efficiency.
7. Place orders using SAP and assist in the production of POS and promotional materials, managing product lifecycle phases.

1. Pursuing a degree in Economics, Management, or Management Engineering.
2. Eligibility to activate a curricular internship.
3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Windows operating environment.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

No prior experience required, but a background in supply chain, logistics, or related fields is beneficial.

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
