1. Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks.
2. Support CRM Manager and retail boutiques in planning and executing monthly in-store activities.
3. Aid in the creation of publicity materials and liaise with agencies for local events.
4. Collaborate with CRM Manager on client data management and CRM performance reporting.
5. Manage logistics for local and regional shipment of display materials and gifts.
6. Curate bi-monthly social media kits for retail partners and landlords.
7. Create and analyze monthly marketing and media reports, and update annual activation calendars.
8. Collect quotations and invoices, and create purchase orders and vendor requests.
9. Participate actively in marketing brainstorm meetings.

1. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Familiarity with content creation and social media platforms.
3. Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-driven approach.
4. Collaborative spirit and willingness to ask questions.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexible schedule for after-hours or weekend activations.
