Officine Panerai Industrialization Project Manager

- Define and validate manufacturing standards for new components, ensuring alignment with established benchmarks.
- Organize and lead industrialization reviews, ensuring adherence to cost, quality, and timeline objectives.
- Develop comprehensive industrialization dossiers from machining to assembly in collaboration with production and quality departments.
- Design and oversee the creation of new tooling and equipment, coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with project commitments and provide expertise on product and process feasibility during development.
- Support production teams with technical guidance and participate in daily routines to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate and implement modifications across suppliers and workshops, ensuring seamless integration.
- Participate in performance improvement studies and draft functional specifications for new production means.
- Validate equipment with production teams and ensure investment follow-up during production phases.
- Manage cross-functional projects, leveraging the industrial roadmap to optimize processes and equipment.
- Engineering or advanced technical degree in mechanics or microtechnology, with a specialization in industrialization preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a production or industrialization environment, preferably in watchmaking.
- Proficiency in design software, ideally CREO.
- Experience in project management, meeting facilitation, and problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Rigorous and methodical approach to tasks.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to communicate effectively across multicultural teams.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
3 to 5 years in a production or industrialization setting, ideally within the watchmaking industry.
Engineering or advanced technical degree in mechanics or microtechnology.
