1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Panerai's image both within the boutique and at external events.
2. Oversee the boutique's appearance, maintenance, and merchandising, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
3. Ensure the security and safety of the boutique and its personnel, adhering to established protocols.
4. Drive sales and profitability in alignment with the brand's retail strategy, optimizing performance against key metrics.
5. Manage stock and inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial and retail procedures.
6. Conduct daily and monthly reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
7. Recruit, train, and manage boutique staff, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.
8. Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
9. Implement CRM strategies, manage VIP client interactions, and coordinate boutique events.

1. 5-10 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Proven organizational and leadership abilities.
3. Technical knowledge of watches is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
5. Fluency in English; Italian proficiency is a plus.
