Officine Panerai Retail Merchandising Coordinator

- Drive the definition of product assortments in collaboration with market, marketing, and commercial teams.
- Ensure stores are consistently stocked to maximize productivity and enhance brand desirability.
- Monitor the implementation and performance of new product launches.
- Coordinate with headquarters supply chain and events for product support and routing to meet sales and event requirements.
- Organize and manage stock transfers as necessary.
- Ensure product allocation aligns with specific merchandising strategies.
- Highlight production risks and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Consolidate market needs and manage short-term allocations for specific products, including novelties and limited editions.
- Track special pieces and manage millesimation.
- Support strategic evolution projects related to merchandising and product allocation.
- Analyze sales trends and product performance to provide actionable insights.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least one in the retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Looker and Power BI is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
