1. Drive the definition of product assortments in collaboration with market, marketing, and commercial teams.
2. Ensure stores are consistently stocked to maximize productivity and enhance brand desirability.
3. Monitor the implementation and performance of new product launches.
4. Coordinate with headquarters supply chain and events for product support and routing to meet sales and event requirements.
5. Organize and manage stock transfers as necessary.
6. Ensure product allocation aligns with specific merchandising strategies.
7. Highlight production risks and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
8. Consolidate market needs and manage short-term allocations for specific products, including novelties and limited editions.
9. Track special pieces and manage millesimation.
10. Support strategic evolution projects related to merchandising and product allocation.
11. Analyze sales trends and product performance to provide actionable insights.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least one in the retail industry.

1. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Looker and Power BI is advantageous.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, with at least one year in the retail industry.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
