1. Drive assortment definition in collaboration with markets, marketing, and commercial teams.
2. Ensure stores are equipped with sufficient stock for maximized productivity and brand desirability.
3. Monitor novelties implementation and performance.
4. Coordinate with HQ supply chain and events for product support and routings.
5. Organize and manage stock transfers as needed.
6. Ensure allocation of catalog under specific merchandising strategy.
7. Highlight production risks and orient sales accordingly.
8. Consolidate market needs and phase short-term allocations for specific products.
9. Manage millesimation tracking for special pieces.
10. Support strategic evolution of merchandising and product allocation tools.
11. Analyze sales trends and product performance to provide actionable insights.

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience, with experience in the retail industry.

1. Great analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Looker, Power BI is a plus).
3. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluency in English.
