Quality Project Manager

1. Ensure the implementation and management of quality requirements from the design phase of new products.
2. Collaborate closely with development, production teams, and suppliers to ensure manufacturing processes meet product specifications.
3. Integrate quality from the design phase and qualify internal and external manufacturing processes.
4. Conduct risk analysis and propose mitigation solutions.
5. Ensure suppliers adhere to product specifications and support their implementation.
6. Qualify components and approve finished products.
7. Lead action plans to achieve defined quality objectives for new products.
8. Facilitate the transition from prototypes to series production.
9. Ensure teams and suppliers have necessary resources to meet new product specifications.
10. Support teams during pre-series and series launches for smooth transitions.
11. Train stakeholders on project specifications for consistent understanding and application.
12. Ensure effective communication between teams and suppliers.
13. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
14. Support teams in product reliability enhancement.

1. Engineering degree in mechanics/microtechnology, specialization in quality is a plus.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a production or quality environment in watchmaking.
3. Project management experience.
4. Knowledge of quality methods and tools.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas & pivot tables).
2. Analytical and synthesis skills to identify key issues and implement action plans.
3. Initiative and proactive approach.
4. Conscientious and rigorous with excellent organizational skills.
5. Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams.

3 to 5 years of experience in a production or quality environment in the watchmaking industry.
