- Ensure the implementation and management of quality requirements from the design phase of new products.
- Collaborate closely with development, production teams, and suppliers to ensure manufacturing processes meet product specifications.
- Integrate quality from the design phase and qualify internal and external manufacturing processes.
- Conduct risk analysis and propose mitigation solutions.
- Ensure suppliers adhere to product specifications and support their implementation.
- Qualify components and approve finished products.
- Lead action plans to achieve defined quality objectives for new products.
- Facilitate the transition from prototypes to series production.
- Ensure teams and suppliers have necessary resources to meet new product specifications.
- Support teams during pre-series and series launches for smooth transitions.
- Train stakeholders on project specifications for consistent understanding and application.
- Ensure effective communication between teams and suppliers.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support teams in product reliability enhancement.
- Engineering degree in mechanics/microtechnology, specialization in quality is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a production or quality environment in watchmaking.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of quality methods and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas & pivot tables).
- Analytical and synthesis skills to identify key issues and implement action plans.
- Initiative and proactive approach.
- Conscientious and rigorous with excellent organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams.
3 to 5 years of experience in a production or quality environment in the watchmaking industry.
