1. Ensure the implementation and management of quality requirements from the design phase of new products.
2. Collaborate closely with development, production teams, and suppliers to ensure manufacturing processes meet product specifications.
3. Lead risk analysis and propose mitigation solutions.
4. Oversee the qualification of components and homologation of finished products.
5. Facilitate the transition from prototypes to mass production, ensuring all teams and suppliers have the necessary resources.
6. Conduct training for stakeholders on project specifications to ensure coherent application.
7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support product reliability teams.

1. Engineering degree in mechanics or microtechnology, with a specialization in quality being advantageous.
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a production or quality environment within the watchmaking industry.
3. Proven experience in project management.

1. Proficiency in quality methods and tools.
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Initiative and problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills for leading cross-functional teams.

3 to 5 years of experience in a production or quality environment within the watchmaking industry.

Engineering degree in mechanics or microtechnology.
