Process Optimization Engineering Intern

1. Assist in structuring and securing multi-level operational processes.
2. Collaborate with various departments to standardize, formalize, and digitize operational processes.
3. Conduct needs analysis and diagnose existing processes.
4. Identify areas for improvement and set priorities.
5. Participate in deploying a process management tool.
6. Model key processes with operational teams.
7. Develop clear and accessible documentation.
8. Create educational materials and conduct training sessions.
9. Support departments in adopting new tools and methods.
10. Establish performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness.
11. Propose improvements to ensure process sustainability.

1. Final year student in engineering school or equivalent with specialization in process management, industrial engineering, or information systems.

1. Process modeling and management tools (e.g., BPMN or equivalent).
2. Interest in digitalization and business process optimization.
3. Autonomy, rigor, and communication skills.

Previous experience in project management or change management is a plus.
