1. Assist in the structuring and securing of multi-level operational processes.
2. Collaborate with various departments to standardize, formalize, and digitalize operational processes.
3. Conduct needs analysis and diagnose existing processes to identify improvement areas.
4. Participate in deploying a process management tool and model key processes with operational teams.
5. Develop clear and accessible process documentation.
6. Create educational materials and conduct training sessions for team members.
7. Support departments in adopting new tools and methodologies.
8. Establish performance indicators to evaluate process efficiency and propose improvements for sustainability.

1. Final-year student in an engineering school or equivalent, specializing in process management, industrial engineering, or information systems.
2. Proficiency in process modeling and management tools (e.g., BPMN or equivalent).
3. Interest in digitalization and business process optimization.
4. Autonomy, rigor, and strong communication skills.
5. Previous experience in project management or change management is advantageous.
