Officine Panerai Process Engineering Intern

- Assist in the structuring and securing of multi-level operational processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to standardize, formalize, and digitalize operational processes.
- Conduct needs analysis and diagnose existing processes to identify improvement areas.
- Participate in deploying a process management tool and model key processes with operational teams.
- Develop clear and accessible process documentation.
- Create educational materials and conduct training sessions for team members.
- Support departments in adopting new tools and methodologies.
- Establish performance indicators to evaluate process efficiency and propose improvements for sustainability.
- Final-year student in an engineering school or equivalent, specializing in process management, industrial engineering, or information systems.
- Proficiency in process modeling and management tools (e.g., BPMN or equivalent).
- Interest in digitalization and business process optimization.
- Autonomy, rigor, and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in project management or change management is advantageous.
