- Ensure compliance of boutique operations, retail procedures, and guidelines across SEAO Internal and Retail Partners’ boutiques.
- Drive initiatives to enhance boutique operations and performance in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Engage retail teams to improve communications and client focus.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and operational standards.
- Maintain updated network details, operational hours, and headcount.
- Support induction and handover processes for new and departing employees.
- Facilitate boutique efficiency and communication by sharing best practices.
- Track store budget and support implementation of retail operations projects and tools.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on KPIs and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in developing access and understanding of KPIs and reporting for planning purposes.
- Coordinate with Business Managers on action plans and track progress.
- Ensure commercial objectives are met in collaboration with the Commercial Team.
- Process stock requests and replenishments, and generate monthly performance reports.
- Assist in preparation for business reviews, market visits, and events.
- Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and logistics processes for key events.
- Manage and maintain accessories stock inventory on a local level.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational skills with a structured work approach.
- Ability to evaluate sales trends and optimize store layouts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Word and Excel.
- SAP experience is advantageous.
A minimum of three years in a similar operational role within the retail or luxury sector is required.
Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or equivalent.
