HR Generalist Intern

1. Assist with talent acquisition activities, including drafting job descriptions, job postings, CV screening, and interviews.
2. Manage the onboarding process, including HR inductions and coordination with HR administration.
3. Oversee the management of HR tools and platforms, such as Success Factors.
4. Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager and the global HR team on various HR initiatives and projects.
5. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries.

1. Degree or Master’s in Human Resources
2. Previous work experience in HR is preferable

3. Positive and proactive attitude
4. Project management skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Fluent in English and Italian

Previous work experience in HR is preferable.
