1. Assist with talent acquisition activities including drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
2. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring smooth HR inductions and coordination with HR administration.
3. Oversee the management of HR tools and platforms such as Success Factors.
4. Collaborate with the Senior HR Manager and global HR team to organize, coordinate, and deliver various HR initiatives and projects.
5. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.

1. Degree or Master's in Human Resources
2. Previous work experience in HR is preferable

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a curious mindset
2. Positive and proactive attitude
3. Interest in working in a dynamic environment
4. Project management skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Fluency in English and Italian

Previous experience in HR is preferable but not mandatory.
