Officine Panerai Private Client Relations Manager

- Drive high-end timepiece sales through client recruitment, development, and retention.
- Foster robust client connections within Singapore boutiques.
- Devise and execute outreach plans targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
- Engage with local watch communities and corporate organizations.
- Organize in-house activations to enhance boutique clientele growth.
- Collaborate with boutique teams to implement a unified client action plan.
- Champion client acquisition and retention, focusing on upgrading existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of Very Important Clients (VICs).
- Identify and engage with channels such as clubs and associations to connect with HNWIs.
- Support training and coaching of retail teams to enhance client relations skills.
- Assist Boutique Managers in analyzing client purchase histories and developing growth strategies.
- Manage and resolve complaints from the VIC database.
- Act as an ambassador for Panerai, embodying the brand's values.
- Collaborate with CRM and Boutique Managers to drive client development plans.
- Ensure KPIs are met and propose actions if targets are not achieved.
- Extract and analyze client data to generate appointments and enhance client profiles.
- Stay informed on marketing and events to prepare boutique teams for activities.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry, particularly in sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles.
- Proven experience managing high-net-worth individuals and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and social skills.
- High emotional awareness and mental agility.
- Creative, curious, and flexible mindset.
- Collaborative team player with a results-driven approach.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury sales or related client-facing roles, with a focus on managing high-net-worth individuals.
