Responsibilities
- Drive high-end timepiece sales and support team in client relations.
- Foster and sustain robust client connections in Singapore boutiques.
- Execute a unified action plan for client recruitment, development, and retention.
- Devise outreach plans for high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and engage local watch communities.
- Organize in-house activations and drive boutique clientele growth in Singapore and SEA.
- Champion client acquisition and retention, and upgrade existing clients.
- Create and execute plans to reactivate inactive clients.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of very important clients (VICs).
- Identify channels and participate in social events to connect with HNWI circles.
- Collaborate with elite squads to recruit new clients and develop corporate sales.
- Share post-client activity reports and event analyses with stakeholders.
- Support training and coaching of retail teams to enhance clientele and communication skills.
- Assist Boutique Managers in reviewing client purchase history and propose action plans.
- Manage complaints from VICs and ensure smooth resolution.
- Act as an ambassador embodying Panerai's values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury industry within sales, hospitality, or other client-facing functions.
- Experience managing high-net-worth individuals and nurturing long-term relationships.
