- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives.
- Develop and maintain a client panel, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as an ambassador for Panerai's image both in-store and at off-site events.
- Participate in briefings and contribute to the boutique's performance development.
- Identify high-potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-ups.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Panerai products, brand DNA, and history.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and inventory management.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database and manage client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring seamless experiences and timely follow-ups.
- Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail sales.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop a network.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
A minimum of two years in the luxury retail industry, specifically in a sales role, is required.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
