1. Achieve and exceed personal and boutique sales targets.
2. Participate in briefings and contribute to boutique performance.
3. Welcome and assist customers, managing all steps of the sale.
4. Identify sales leads and perform follow-ups to generate sales opportunities.
5. Share knowledge of Panerai products, brand DNA, and history with customers.
6. Participate in brand training sessions.
7. Maintain boutique operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and visual merchandising.
8. Capture and manage customer data for CRM purposes.
9. Develop and manage client relationships through exceptional service.
10. Provide excellent customer service and handle service requests.

1. Minimum of 2 years in the luxury retail industry in a sales role.
2. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

1. Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
2. Result and action-oriented.
3. Strong selling skills.
4. Team player with good interpersonal skills and empathy.
5. Curious and self-motivated with a customer service mindset.
6. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Minimum of 2 years in the luxury retail industry in a sales function.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
