Officine Panerai Client Advisor

- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives.
- Deliver exemplary customer service, adhering to Panerai's high operational and service standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Panerai's image both in-store and at external events.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai's products, history, and brand DNA to effectively engage with clients.
- Participate actively in brand training sessions and self-directed learning to enhance industry knowledge.
- Ensure the boutique's operations run smoothly, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Develop and manage client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
- Assist in the execution of special projects and boutique events as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail sales.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Exceptional communication and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
A minimum of two years in a luxury retail sales role is required, demonstrating a strong track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Expected salary range is $25 - $27 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
