- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives.
- Engage with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Panerai's luxury standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Panerai's image both in the boutique and at external events.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai's products, brand history, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure the boutique operates smoothly, adhering to company policies and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Develop and manage client relationships through effective CRM strategies and initiatives.
- Provide seamless customer service, addressing and resolving client inquiries and service requests promptly.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail sales.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Exceptional selling and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Proficient in computer skills.
A minimum of two years in a sales role within the luxury retail sector is required.
