1. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives.
2. Engage with clients to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Panerai's luxury standards.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Panerai's image both in the boutique and at external events.
4. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai's products, brand history, and competitive landscape.
5. Ensure the boutique operates smoothly, adhering to company policies and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
6. Develop and manage client relationships through effective CRM strategies and initiatives.
7. Provide seamless customer service, addressing and resolving client inquiries and service requests promptly.

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in luxury retail sales.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
4. Result-oriented with a proactive approach.

A minimum of two years in a sales role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Salary is commensurate with relevant skills and experience.
