- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Panerai's image both in-store and at external events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to Panerai's high operational and service standards.
- Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio through diligent follow-up and relationship-building initiatives.
- Participate actively in boutique briefings and contribute to performance enhancement strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai's product offerings, brand history, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure the boutique's appearance aligns with brand guidelines and manage daily operations efficiently.
- Support CRM initiatives by accurately capturing customer data and assisting in the development of CRM action plans.
- Provide seamless customer service, particularly in handling after-sales service requests.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in a sales role.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Result-oriented with strong selling skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to sales and CRM.
