- Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs, maximizing business profitability.
- Analyze performance to identify business needs and translate them into individual actions and objectives.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to lead the team in implementing and achieving business growth in new retail channels.
- Ensure operations comply with company policy while improving boutique functionality.
- Maintain boutique image in accordance with brand standards.
- Identify and anticipate customer needs to suggest and promote products accordingly.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Maison’s products, availability, delivery status, and brand history.
- Participate actively in brand training sessions and self-learning to understand competition and the luxury industry.
- Work with the Manager to retain a motivated, high-performing team and lead by example.
- Conduct in-store training, daily briefs, on-the-floor coaching, and provide constructive feedback.
- Establish and implement individual objectives and development plans with the Manager.
- Support in overseeing the annual review process for boutique staff in the Manager's absence.
- Demonstrate leadership by hosting clients and ensuring personalized client experiences.
- Lead the team to establish strong client relationships and execute service excellence.
- Support the Boutique Manager in establishing brand and boutique presence in the market through local events and community outreach.
- Influence the team to strengthen CRM mindset and utilize CRM tools to enhance client experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in the luxury retail industry, in a boutique management role.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Fluent in local language and English; proficiency in an additional relevant tourist language is a plus.
- Result and action-oriented.
- Strong selling skills.
- Team player with good interpersonal competences and empathy.
- Curious and self-motivated with an excellent customer service mindset.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop a network.
- Proficient computer skills.
A minimum of 5 years in the luxury retail industry, specifically in a boutique management role, is required.
