Officine Panerai Area Sales Manager

- Lead the performance, profitability, and development of the external boutique and POS network across the Middle East.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop annual and mid-term strategies and participate in the Business Plan process.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams and ensure monthly turnover targets are met.
- Manage monthly product allocation and replenishment while monitoring market share and defining business opportunities.
- Set and monitor sales targets and KPIs for each boutique, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Implement retail guidelines and tools across all boutiques and develop annual action plans with Marketing, CRM, and Training departments.
- Act as a brand ambassador, managing customer service and client issues with professionalism.
- Coordinate boutique operations, including merchandising, training, advertising, and PR initiatives.
- Ensure proper assortment and stock levels in boutiques and implement corrective actions to increase sell-out.
- Oversee corporate deal business development and manage customer credit limits.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Marketing for annual sales forecasts and product allocations.
- Organize and deliver training sessions to enhance local sales teams' knowledge of the brand and products.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial roles, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong knowledge of Middle East retail business and culture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of retail operations, marketing and communications, and digital trends.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
A minimum of 5 years in commercial roles within the luxury retail sector, with a strong understanding of the Middle East market.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university.
